Although they do say that it’s not the camera that creates beautiful pictures but the person behind the lens, I would have to say the Nikon D3300 DX-format DSLR Kit w/ 18-55mm DX VR II & 55-200mm DX VR II Zoom Lenses made a huge contribution to how my pictures turned out.
This is definitely one camera I can imagine anyone using as a beginner as it adds that much needed image quality in every shot, giving the shooter a chance to capture every single detail as they slowly learn the ropes around the craft of photography. As for the experts, this is quite a nifty camera as well because it has all the basics you’ll need (plus a few great extras) to portray your skills and natural talent in every frame.
Stunning Photos and Videos
With the new EXPEED 4 on the D3300, you can suddenly do so much more in a single camera. It has the ability to capture images at 5 frames per second, it also allows you to create high-res panoramas, and take pictures in low light with high ISO sensitivity. The videos created are also extremely real so that it puts you right back in the actual moment it was shot.
Panorama and Guide Mode
Meant to make photography an easy and fun endeavor, the D3300 makes almost everything easy. The Panorama Mode is as easy to use as simply panning across the scene you want to capture, and it even delivers this entire scene in high resolution. The Guide mode is perfect for those who are still trying to master the craft as it feels like you have an expert right at your side.

Customer Reviews and Scores
The D3300 has received 310 reviews on Amazon with an average of 4.7 out of 5 stars, which should be enough clue for you if you’re wondering whether it’s as good as we say it is. A full-time artist and photographer gave it a 5-star review, saying that it’s the best camera for 99.9% of us. He adds, “If you can’t take amazing photos with this camera, then you can’t take amazing photos, period.”
Of course, there weren’t a lot of negative reviews for the product, and these few were mostly complaints about the lenses, which were easily replaced by better ones. Also, beginners did not really need the effects that more advanced photographers were looking for in their lenses. In turn, the experts knew they had to use other lenses to make the most of the D3300’s features. But this is the case with every camera.
If it’s the camera alone you’re after however, everybody agrees it is one of the finest entry-level DSLR cameras you’ll ever see.
Seeing the numbers given for the D3300, is there really any doubt that it’s worth every penny? It has all the basics you need and so much more. It can help you capture every single precious moment beautifully and in an almost sweat-free manner.
